SCHEDULING AND CANCELING APPOINTMENTS

After identifying the nature of your call, an appropriate examination and appointment time will be suggested. We endeavor to schedule the time needed for your appointment based on availability and mutual agreement. Patient demands during the day, such as emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may delay your seating. We appreciate that you can accept this knowing that an emergency patient may be you at some time. Service to you is our primary goal. If a delay is unacceptable, we will gladly offer you another appointment time.

    CANCELLATIONS

If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, please notify us promptly. In doing so, we may offer the time allotted to another patient.

When possible, a 24 hour notice is appreciated.
